Helping someone find a house to buy isn't just about making appointments & unlocking doors. These are some of the many things we're doing behind the scenes every day to help our buyers find their perfect home. 

• Set up searches in MLS to e-mail you with new listings. We know that not every home will be a perfect fit, but having a wider search helps us narrow in on the right home for you. 
  
  
• Talking to other agents abou their current & upcoming listings to see if they have something that will fit your needs.
   
• Previewing "Coming Soon" listings. Coming Soon listings are not available for showings, but we can look through the information available and chat with the listing agent to learn more about the property so we are ready to make an appointment once it hits the market. 
  
  
• Checking online for listings outside of our MLS. Whether the house is listed by an agent using a different MLS system or listed online as a For Sale by Owner, we'll keep our eyes open so we don't miss a great property for you. 
  
  
• Communicate with builders about new construction. If you're interested in new construction projects, we'll talk to local builders about the lots they have available and the homes that they are building to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. 
  
  
• Working closely with your lender to make sure we are showing you homes in line with your budget. We've built great relationships with many local lenders over the years & we'll work with them to make sure we know how to best navigate the market with your budget & needs in mind. 
  
  

Of course, once we've found the perfect home, it's time to write an offer, negotiate a contract, attend a home inspection, and get you through to closing!
