Customer Testimonials
New Leaf Team
Kelly was the "front-woman" for the New Leaf team, which was highly professional and collaborative. The experience was pleasant and efficient. Terrific communication between all of the team members and my husband and myself! No pressure but a very reasonable, logical approach to selling the property. I enthusiastically recommend Kelly Faillace!
New Leaf Team
We have bought and sold multiple times with the New Leaf Team. We love working with Kelly and Rives and more recently have had the chance to work with Christy and John- also great! The team is really rigorous in their research on pricing for both listing and purchasing, which is so valuable in the challenging real estate market that we've seen in the last few years. Kelly has gone totally above and beyond to get us showings really quickly, and when we first worked with her, she recorded video showings for us since we were moving and buying from out of the area. The whole team has a really cohesive feel, they fully align around the buyers needs and priorities and I cannot more highly recommend them as agents!
New Leaf Team
Rives definitely is a "star." It is evident through his actions and behavior his love for his job, striving for excellence and his enthusiasm for the company he works for. The depth of knowledge Rives demonstrated regarding construction was helpful! Words of thanks don't really measure how much we appreciated your support and guidance. You are deeply respected and appreciated in our household!
New Leaf Team
My husband and I recently sold one home and bought another with Kelly Faillace of Montague Miller. Kelly and her fellow team members at Montague Miller did an outstanding job managing every detail of the transactions. Kelly was organized, professional, prompt and on top of every detail every step of the way. We could not be more pleased with the service we received from this fabulous individual. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase! She is simply the best!
