The team is really rigorous in their research on pricing for both listing and purchasing, which is so valuable in the challenging real estate market that we've seen in the last few years. Kelly has gone totally above and beyond to get us showings really quickly, and when we first worked with her, she recorded video showings for us since we were moving and buying from out of the area.
