With temperatures soaring around the area, most communities have opened cooling centers to help residents beat the heat. Here are a list of cooling centers by county for you to reference: 

Fluvanna County
Fluvanna County Library

Sa 9-3
As of this posting, Fluvanna County has not officially opened a cooling center, but the Library has invited people to come in & enjoy the air conditioning.
